Shipping & Returns

We currently ship within the US, Canada, Australia, UK and Germany.

We are looking to expand our country list soon.

Starborn Collection: Please allow 2-3 weeks before shipment, any mulit-piece order that contains a an item from this collection will ship together in this processing time.

Current processing time up to 5 business days (Monday - Friday) before shipment.

For preorders please allow 3-5 weeks before shipment, any mulit-piece order that contains a preorder will ship together in this processing time.

Once they are in the carriers hands delivery within the US usually takes 1-5 business days to arrive (dependent on service selected at checkout, and your location).

Orders outside the US can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks once processed. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Please email us directly at info@rebelandfleur.com within 7 days of your order being delivered and we’ll take you through the process.

Full refund policy available here.

Send us a photo of the package and items along with your order number and we will take it up with the delivery company. We'll either send you replacements or store credit depedent on stock levels.

We only ask you send back the items you have received so we can use them in our case.
