Shipping & Returns

We currently ship within the US, Canada, Australia, UK and Germany.

We are looking to expand our country list soon.

Please allow 7 business days for us to get your order ready to ship.

We aim to process all orders as soon as possible, but we are a small team and may encounter delays from time to time.

Lucky Reads Collection: please allow up to 14 business days for us to get your order ready to ship. Multi-piece orders with items from this collection will ship together.

Once they are in the carriers hands delivery within the US usually takes 1-5 business days to arrive (dependent on service selected at checkout, and your location).

Orders outside the US can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks once processed. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of your order being delivered for store credit.

Item must be in new condition. Restocking fees apply, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Submit a return request

1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive store credit.

Send us a photo of the package and items along with your order number and we will take it up with the delivery company. We'll either send you replacements or store credit depedent on stock levels.

We only ask you send back the items you have received so we can use them in our case.
