Order Processing

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your order. We aim to process all orders as soon as possible, but we are a small team and may encounter delays from time to time. For a full list of up to date shipping times for orders please visit our FAQ here.

U.S. Shipping and Delivery

All items are shipped via USPS with the following shipping methods available: First Class Mail (approximately 4 – 6 business days), and Priority Mail (approximately 1 - 3 business days).

Tracking information will be sent via email once the order has been processed.

International Shipping and Delivery

All items are shipped with the following shipping methods available: UPS, DHL. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Rebel and Fleur has no control over these charges, the customer accepts full responsibility for paying all taxes, customs, and fees.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. A shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

All international orders are final sale. We are unable to process returns or refunds at this time.

Returns policy

We accept returns for store credit up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will provide store credit via gift card, restocking fees may apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Submit a return request

1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive store credit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
